Delehoy Construction, Inc is seeking excited and motivated finish carpenters to be a part of our team. All work is performed in or around Larimer County and the Fort Collins area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Light demolition
• Light gauge steel framing
• Wood framing
• Install doors, hardware, frames, sub frame, and supports
• Construct, repair, restore, and install structures such as floors, walls, windows, decks, etc.
• Cabinetry to include overhead units, counter tops of all types, blocking for support
• Trim to include base board, casings, stops, and ceiling trim both wood and metal.
• Install windows to include sash, sub frame, interior trim and exterior trim
• Built in furniture such as wood closets, shelving, vanities, and trim
• Various finishes to include marble tops, plastic counter tops, metal and plastic paneling
• Hollow metal door frames and doors, window frames made of metal 
• Install backing and blocking
• Install insulation
• Caulk as necessary
• Walk the jobsite on a daily basis to identify and communicate any potential safety hazards
• Maintain and clean equipment, shop area, and work site areas
• Other duties as assigned
• May be subject to overtime on an as needed basis

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

• Experience with wood framing, metal stud framing, interior/exterior trim, stud framing
• Experience in commercial environments
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools efficiently
• Aware of OSHA safety codes

Required 

• Valid driver license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. 

Pay

• Starting pay of $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
